NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing at the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 625 Court Street, Room 206, Woodland, California.

The Commission will hold the Public Hearing to review the proposed Draft LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/24. The final budget will be approved at the May 25, 2023, Commission meeting. The review, approval, and notice of this budget will be performed consistent with Government Code section 56381.

Copies of the Executive Officer's Report and the Agenda, including the proposed Draft LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/24, will be posted at least five days prior to the noticed hearing at the above address and online at www.yololafco.org. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing.

LAFCo meetings can be attended by the public in person in the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Chambers or via Zoom. The public is advised to check the meeting agenda for details about the meeting location and how to log on remotely.
